respect of the exemption of Officers and Soldiers of Her Majesty's Forees stationed in Colonies in

receipt given for money paid out of Imperial Revenue, and to my Despatch 1:308 of the 5th September ultimo, I have the ___ honour to state that Your Lordship's directions have been carried out in the Stamp

despatch 1:53 of the 31st January ultimo. In the last clause of that Ordinance it is stated as follows:- In article 32 of the Schedule
